Can I get a receipt for my subscription payment?

We’d be happy to send you a receipt! 

Just reach out to us by clicking on the Contact option on the right upper side of the screen or by sending an email to support@jellytelly.com with your Jellytelly email account and the date of your transaction, and we’ll send you a receipt!  If you're paying via PayPal, please make sure to include your PayPal email address. Thank you!

Please note, if you have set up credit/debit card for your payment method, you'll receive receipts by email after each successful payment has been processed.
