Can I download JellyTelly videos to watch offline?

The most requested feature is here! We’ve heard from parents that they want to be able to save cell data and stream downloaded shows when WIFI isn’t available - and now you can on your family’s iOS and Android mobile devices! Just make sure to update the JellyTelly App to the latest version and download your favorite shows while on WIFI and then stream them on-the-go.

Below you’ll find instructions for downloading shows on both your iOS and Android devices.

How to download shows on your family’s iOS devices: 

Find the show you wish to download then tap the cloud icon to download it to your device. As it’s downloading, you can tap the cloud icon again to cancel the download. Once the show is downloaded, you can tap the cloud icon to delete the show from your device.

In the JellyTelly menu, you’ll see a My Downloads section where you can browse everything you’ve downloaded. 

Download as many videos as your device storage will allow. As long as your JellyTelly subscription is active, the downloads will be available until you delete them on your device. Downloaded shows can only be watched on the device to which they are downloaded.

How to download shows on your family’s Android devices: 

Find the show you wish to download then tap the cloud icon to download it to your device. 

When you tap the cloud to download, you can see the progress of your download by swiping down from the top of your Android device (that's also where you can stop the download if you desire).

In the JellyTelly menu, you’ll see a My Downloads section where you can browse everything you’ve downloaded.
