How do I switch from monthly to the annual subscription for the better rate?

You can update your subscription preference at any time by following these steps:
- Go to www.jellytelly.com/login
- Log into your account using your Username and Password
- Click on the Menu Icon on the top left-hand side
- Click "My Account"
- Re-type your password to access your profile (for security purposes to access billing info)
- Click "Edit" next to your monthly plan
- Select the Annual Plan
- Click "Save"

You likely set up your account through PayPal, and we would be happy to help you switch over your payment to our new system which will allow you to update your account payment preferences and methods at any point.
