It says the Jellytelly Channel is no longer in service on my Roku. What should I do?

The message you're receiving is in regards to our old Roku channel that is no longer supported. We have great news for you, though! We have a new Roku channel that's a better experience. 😃  

Follow these steps to get the new channel on your Roku:

  1. Go to the Home on your Roku
  2. If you have the old Jellytelly channel still installed, go ahead and uninstall it
  3. Go to: https://my.roku.com/add/jellytellytv and follow the prompts on the screen to add the channel (Note: you'll get a "warning" notification during the process - but everything's fine on the channel, this is because our channel in private!  Just click "Ok".)
  4. Go to the home page on your Roku and open the new JellyTelly channel and follow the instruction on the screen to link to your JellyTelly account.

From there you should be good to go! 😃
