I can't log into my Jellytelly account. What should I do?

Make sure you are using the correct Jellytelly email address you signed up with and there are no typos or spaces in your email address or password. If you forgot your password, simply go to the Reset Password page here: https://www.jellytelly.com/password/reset and follow the prompts on the screen to have a reset password email sent to you. (You can also access this page by going to the Jellytelly login screen and click on the "forgot password?" link.)
